To see an overview of the benefits available to your employee group please follow these quick few steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcpseabenefits.ca\/LandingPage.asp\">BCPSEA Benefits Buying Group<\/a> website.<\/li>\n<li>Select <em>Employees<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Select <em>S.D. #60 (Peace ¾ÞÈéÊÓƵ North)<\/em> from the first drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select your employee group from the second drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click <em>GO<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>All extended health and dental plans are through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pac.bluecross.ca\/\">Pacific Blue Cross<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pac.bluecross.ca\/advicecentre\/faq\/default.aspx\">Frequently Asked Questions<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Making a Claim<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WZUD6h8ONqo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Making an Extended Health Claim by Mail or In Person<\/h2>\n<p>For all other eligible health expenses, you can mail in your claim or drop it off in person to our office. Claim forms are available for download from your Member Profile.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure prompt payment, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Enter all requested information on the form, then print and sign it.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all supporting documents and original receipts are included (remember to keep photocopies for your records).<\/li>\n<li>Please use blue or black ink only.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your receipts loose and flat in the envelope (no staples, paper clips or tape).<\/li>\n<li>Submit only one of each official receipt (no cashier or Interac receipts).<\/li>\n<li>Add up the health expenses for each person and enter the total in Part 3 of the claim form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Mail the signed form with your receipts to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pacific Blue Cross<br \/>\nPO Box 7000<br \/>\nVancouver, BC V6B 4E1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Or drop the claim off in person at:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4250 Canada Way<br \/>\nBurnaby, BC V5G 4W6<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note:\u00a0Pacific Blue Cross is unable to return original receipts.
